3 cups field greens
6 large sandwich rolls( 6")
24 large tooth picks
Marinate chicken for at least 2 hrs. Grill over hot coals about 4 minutes on each side or until it is just done through, let cool & slice on the bias. Split sandwich rolls place ½ c. Greens on each roll top with 1 sliced breast secure sandwich with 4 toothpicks. cut each sandwich into 4 pieces. Serve with Sweet Potato Salad
