Want To Stay Longer Than a Couple of Days? There is a new addition to our accommodations. Just one mile up the road in Sherwood on Dunn Cove sits a very private home on the water with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths Situated on over 2 acres with two master suites with private baths; two families (total occupancy cannot exceed eight [8] guests) can very comfortably enjoy a week or more. The third waterside bedroom with two double beds enjoys a lofty view of Harbor Cove and the rest of Dun Cove beyond. The first floor master has direct access to the screened porch and a gas fireplace. The second floor master has its own private deck for early morning private coffee and late night stargazing. The kid's room boasts two single beds and plenty of room for all their paraphernalia. A large screened porch overlooking pristine Harbor Cove, the deepwater dock and all the waterfowl cannot help but relax you and your family or, have a picnic supper at the waterside picnic table. A cook's kitchen with every possible convenience allows the chef in residence to enjoy plying his/her skills without missing out on any of the chatter going on in the comfortable, adjoining living room. A single pet is permissible with an additional deposit. The property was entirely refurnished in 2005; and the first floor master bedroom and living room with wood burning fireplace were added at that time. A free form waterside swimming pool was added in Spring 2006 (no pictures available yet). Did we mention that a small sandy beach is part of the package? Linens akin to those used at The Tilghman Island Inn are provided AND for a reasonable fee a midweek change and bathroom refreshing can be accomplished. In season rate for one week $4500. A 4% accommodation tax does also apply.
